Chicken One Pot Curry

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients
1 kg. chicken
½ cup GRACE WHITE VINEGAR
4 cups water
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 stalk escallion
6 pimento seeds
1 large chocho
2 medium carrot
450 grams yellow yam
225 grams counter flour
3 Tbsps. GRACE VEGETABLE OIL
2 Tbsps. indian curry
11/2 litres boling water
6 primento seeds
1 packet GRACE COCK SOUP MIX


1. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and wash with Grace White Vinegar and water.
2. Drain well and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Crush ginger, chop escallion, peel and slice chocho, carrot and yam and set aside.
4. Combine Grace Counter Flour with enough water to make a smooth dough and leave to relax.
5. Heat Grace Vegetable Oil and add indian curry, crushed ginger, chopped escallion and pimento seeds. Add the seasoned chicken and mix well.
6. Add boiling water, chocho, carrots, yellow yam and spinners made from the dough.
7. Add Grace Cock Soup Mix stir well, cover and allow to simmer for about 40 minutes.
8. Stir occasionally until cooked.
