Refund Policy
If you feel you have received an item in error or it is damaged in transit, please return the unopened item for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of delivery along with a copy of the invoice you received. For return questions or concerns please contact us by email at CustomerService@JamaicanTasteBuds.com We will remit the full purchase price of the items you return excluding shipping charges. (We also ask that you include the reason for the return to help us better serve you in the future.)
Payment
For convenient and secure shopping, use we use PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. You can also pay by Certified Check or Money Order. This method of payment however, will delay shipment, since products will not be shipped until money order/check is received. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email with a confirmation number. Once your order is shipped, the Shipping Confirmation # will be emailed to you with the DHL tracking number included. You may track the progress of your shipment by visiting www.DHL.com

How To Redeem TasteBuds Dollars/Gift Certificates
1. Place an order prior to expiration date printed on the gift certificate*
2. E-mail customerservice@jamaicantastebuds.com with the following information: Order Number, Gift Certificate Number and Expiration Date of gift certificate (Note: Gift Certificates are NOT transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual to whom it was issued - name on the Gift Certificate must match the name associated with the order placed in conjunction with the Gift Certificate)
3. After verification of payment a refund check in the amount of the face value of the gift certificate will be issued and shipped along with your order
Limit 1 Gift Certificate per order. Gift Certificate cannot be combined with any other offers. Consumer must pay any applicable sales tax.
